Return & Refund Policy

At Gemmines2, we specialize in high-value, 100% natural unheated gemstones. Because each stone is unique and carefully selected, we offer the following return terms to balance customer confidence with the nature of luxury gem trading.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including change of mind.

2. Return Conditions (All Returns Must Meet These)

The gemstone must be returned in its original, unused, and unset condition with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation intact.
Natural inclusions, feathers, silk, color variations, or slight differences from photos are not considered defects. These are normal in natural gemstones.
The item must pass our strict inspection. Any signs of wear, mounting, or damage will void the return.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, and customs/duties.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

Custom-designed or made-to-order jewelry.
Items that have been set/mounted into jewelry.
Bulk or lot purchases.

4. Return Process

We review and approve returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

After successful inspection, refunds are issued within 10 business days. Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If the item is damaged in transit or clearly incorrect, we will cover return shipping and offer refund or replacement after verification.

Due to the unique nature of natural gemstones, all returns are handled case-by-case. We encourage thorough review of all details and images before purchase.
